On behalf of Every Piece Matters, we are so excited to recognize an amazing family and their friends. Our newest board member, Whitney Carter, worked very hard along with her family and friends to put on an awesome fishing tournament that was a HUGE success! Whitney & Todd's son Kyson got to be the star that he is and presented some pretty awesome rock trophies and prize money to some amazing fishermen who took time out of their day to come fish this tournament for Autism Awareness.
Fishermen Band Together
This is the first fishing tournament that I personally have been a part of. I was told that fisherman are like a brotherhood. They band together. I certainly saw this to be true. They not only fished for an amazing cause, but their heart was 100% in. We even had fishermen donate prize winnings back to the organization which in my eyes is AMAZING and very much appreciated! I truly hope this family knows how much we appreciate them, their hard work, their dedication, and the passion they have for jumping on board with us and help spread Autism Awareness. This was such a success that they raised over $5,300! Thank you!
